BALCONIES
a. No dirt or
other substances are to be dropped, thrown, or washed from
the balconies, including cigarettes.
b.
The watering of plants and sweeping or cleaning of
balconies or patios and adjacent areas shall be done in a
manner which will not be a nuisance to persons residing in
lower or adjacent units.
c. No trappings
of any kind are to be hung (except displays of holiday
lights and American flags) from the balconies. Displays
shall not be done in such a way as to impact residents in
other units.
d.
No barbecue activity or open fires are permitted on the
balconies at any time.
e.
The storage of bicycles is not permitted on balconies.
