MANAGER
a. The manager
shall have the authority and the duty to enforce all
building rules as authorized by the Board of Directors, the
Condominium Declaration, and By-Laws.
b.
The Manager shall not be limited by the foregoing but will
be expected to take reasonable action for the benefit of
the residents without waiting for approval from the Board,
as authorized in the Condominium By-Laws.
c.
The Manager is on duty Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, but
may be called for emergencies at other times.
