COLLECTION
POLICY
All
assessments, both regular and special, are due and payable
on the first day of each month and are delinquent on the
15th
of
the month. Any payment received on the
16th
or
later will be assessed a $10 late charge. If the account is
not paid in full by the 15th,
a letter will be sent to the delinquent homeowner stating
the amount in arrears and requesting the owner to contact
SUHRCO Residential Properties if there is a problem. After
90 days, the account will be turned over to collections and
all legal costs associated with filing the lien and/or
collection costs will be charged to the owner.
