RENTALS
a. The
homeowner is responsible for ensuring that the individuals
renting their unit understand and follow all rules set out
by the Grandview Homeowners’ Association. Homeowner must
supply a copy of the House Rules to their renter.
b.
All rentals must be covered by a lease. A copy of the
signed lease must be submitted to the Resident Manager.
c. The homeowner is responsible for tenant delivery and
return of all garage door openers and keys.
