• No dirt or other substances are to be dropped, thrown, or washed from the balconies or windows, including gum and cigarettes.
• The watering of plants and sweeping or cleaning of balconies, patios or adjacent areas shall be done in a manner which will not be a nuisance to people residing in lower or adjacent units. Debris should not be washed down onto units below. Water or debris from your balcony may blow on other balconies below or even in through open windows, potentially damaging property or injuring someone. Please show caution and respect for your neighbors.
• Nothing should be hung from the balconies except holiday lights or American Flags. Displays should not impact residents in other units.
• No barbecuing or open fires are permitted on the balconies or patios at any time.
• The storage of bicycles is not permitted on balconies.
