Smoke Smells
The smoke smell that is evident in common areas is a result of a neighboring business doing an oven test in which the smoke is entering into the ventialation system.
This is temporary and no cause for alarm.

Entry system camera being repaired
Broadstripe is working on repairing the entry system camera. They estimate that the repairs will be completed within the next few days.
