Trash Disposal
• All garbage and recycling must be placed in either the trash chute or in the dumpsters provided. Please do not leave trash or recycling in the hallways, stairwells, garage or the garbage room floor.
• All garbage must be bagged and fastened before depositing in the trash chute. Recyclable items should be put in the appropriate bins. Large items are the responsibility of the homeowner and should not be placed in the trash area out of a bin.
• Do not throw flammable materials into the trash chute.
• Litter box contents and rocks from fish tanks, bagged or loose, should not be deposited in the trash chute.
• Please Recycle! It’s the law that you must recycle. If recycleable objects are found in the trash we will be fined by the city.
