Activity Room
• The Activity Room is available to all residents for
entertaining guests on a reserve basis. Reservations must
be made with the facilities manager at least 24 hours prior
to intended use and is subject to availability. Please make
your reservations as soon as possible.
• The schedule for time reserved in the Activity Room is
posted on the calendar in the kitchen.
• A $50 cleaning and damage deposit, made payable to the
Grandview HOA, will be required to confirm the reservation.
The maximum number of guests is 49.
• A resident must be present at all times. The residents
and guests should be considerate of neighbors. Please keep
noise to a minimum so as to not disturb others.
• The pool, sauna & excercise facilities may not be used in
conjunction with any event.
• The removal of furnishings and equipment is strictly
prohibited. Residents will be responsible for any damage.
• Residents are also responsible for any after party cleanup.
Any clean-up costs will be billed to the resident.
• Parties and functions are prohibited past midnight.
