Pool/Jacuzzi/Sauna

• Pool Area is open between 6AM and 11PM.

• Swimmers are required to take a shower before entering the pool or jacuzzi.

• Guests must be accompanied by an adult resident at all times.

• No one under the age of 17 will be permitted in the pool unless accompanied by an adult resident.

• For their safety, children under the age of 6 are not permitted in the jacuzzi.

• Please keep in mind that the residents on the 8th floor can hear loud voices. Please be considerate.

• No pets allowed in the pool or adjacent patio area.

• No food, alcohol, or smoking allowed in the pool area.

Window Washing at the Grandview

The window washers will be cleaning the outsides of the windows (except balconies) on Monday-Wednesday, February 25-27.
NOTE: Please do not leave your windows open on those days.

Puget Sound Window Maintenance, Inc. will be available to clean the insides of your windows and balcony exterior glass on Wednesday, February 27. If you would like this service:

• Calculate your cost from the list below

• Write a check for that amount to PSWM

• Drop your check off in the manager’s door mail slot no later than 5pm Tuesday, February 26

Note: Please remove all items from the sills before windows are cleaned.

One Bedroom (one balcony) $35

Two Bedroom (one balcony) $45

Two Bedroom (two balcony) $60

Two Bedroom (three balcony) $70

Penthouse $80

Mirrors:

$1 each pane (if accessible)

$2 each pane (if obstructed)
