Cable Inspection

ATTN: All Grandview Residents

We are in the process of receiving bids from cable companies to provide service for our building. Due to the age of our building, it is necessary for them to perform inspections of the existing wiring to determine if we are wired properly for their service. They will need to access units to help them with this assessment. I will be escorting the contractors entering residences between 9am-4pm on November 28th. It is not necessary for you to be home at the time of unit entry, however if you would like to be present when this inspection is performed, please contact me at (206) 250-0322 or reba@grandviewseattle.com and I will see if we can accommodate your request.
