• All entrance doors are to be kept locked at all times and not propped open. Residents must not allow strangers access to the building.
• Unit owners are responsible for security during moves and unit construction.
• Drivers entering or leaving the parking area must allow time for garage door closure before leaving the immediate area.
• Personal keycodes used for keyless entry must only be used by the resident the code is assigned to. If keycodes are misused, they may be suspended.
• Vendor keycodes are available upon request. A restricted, temporary keycode can easily be established for workers who require access to the building. Please contact Reba if you have a vendor who needs access.
• The code for the exterior door which is locked between 10pm-6am can be given out to friends and vendors to allow them access to the entry system.
