Community Barbeque Rules
Only Grandview Residents 18 years of age and up may use the barbeque.
Barbeque can only be used between the hours of 11am and 10pm.
Barbeque and accessories must be cleaned after each use with provided tools:
• Scrape grill to remove any burnt food product.
• Wipe down any spills or drippings (Grease, condiments, etc…)
• Spatula and tools cleaned and placed back in tool drawer.
• Cover placed back on barbeque once it has cooled off.
Propane tank must be turned off after each use to avoid gas leakage.
Any food transported between the barbeque patio area and residential unit must be in a sealed container to avoid spills.
Any damage should be reported to the Building Manager immediately
BBQ is available on a first come first serve basis, unless reserved in conjunction with the Activity Room. Reservations must be made with the Manager at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to intended use and is subject to availability. Any deposit paid for the Activity Room will also apply to the barbeque.
Use of the barbeque is a condo community privilege and may be revoked; please be respectful of your neighbors and leave the barbeque in a condition that you would expect to find it in.
By using the barbeque, you understand that residents not complying with barbeque rules will be subject to a cleanup fee assessment.
Thank you,
