Parking Garage Cleaning

In preparation for the cleaning of our garage March 12-13, please note the following rules and maintain your parking spaces accordingly:

• Parking spaces are for motor vehicles only and must be kept free of grease, oil, trash and other material. If the homeowner does not clean up oil stains in a reasonable time, the Board of Directors will contact an outside vendor for clean up and the homeowner will be billed.

• No vehicle repairs or servicing will be permitted, including oil changes and radiator draining.

• The Board may require removal of any inoperative or unsightly vehicle and any other items inappropriately kept in parking spaces. If these items are not removed, the Board may remove them at the risk and expense of the owner.

• Drivers entering or leaving the garage must wait for the door to close before leaving the area.

• Parking in the Service Area is allowed for 20 minutes only.

Grandview Bulletin Board

GrandviewSeattle.com now has a bulletin board system for residents.

Post a fundraising announcement, list a unit or parking space for rent, sell your stuff, or make a building suggestion.

This new feature can be found here or by clicking the link under ‘Owner Resources’ on the right. You must register to post any content and you may be asked to verify your residence within the building.
