The window washers will be cleaning the outsides of the windows (except balconies) on Monday – Wednesday, June 7-9.
NOTE: Please do not leave your windows pushed all the way open on those days.
Puget Sound Window Maintenance, Inc. will be available to clean the insides of your windows and balcony exterior glass on Tuesday, June 8.
If you would like this service:
1) Calculate your cost from the list below.
2) Make out a check for that amount to PSWM.
3) Leave your check in the manager’s door mail-slot no later than
5 PM, Monday, June 7.
NOTE: Please remove all items from the sills before the windows are cleaned.
PRICE LIST:
1. Suite (one balcony) $25.
2. One bedroom (one balcony) $35.
3. Two bedroom (one balcony) $45.
4. Two bedroom (two balconies) $60.
5. Two bedroom (three balconies) $70.
6. Penthouse $80.
7. Mirrors $1 each pane (if accessible) or $2 each pane (if obstructed)

We have been saving a lot of money by recycling and the City of Seattle has added a second pick up per week to allow for even more recycled materials. The following tips will help keep the debris in the dumpster room to a minimum and help save us money:
• Put as much trash as possible down the trash chute. It gets compacted and saves space rather than filling up the green dumpster.
• Flatten boxes to allow for more recycled materials to fit in the blue dumpsters.
• Only put recycleables in the blue dumpsters. We are charged a fine if non-recycleable materials are found in the blue recycling dumpsters.
Please refer to the signs on the wall to find out what materials go in each bin or contact Reba if you are unsure of how to properly dispose of materials.

February 8-10 Otis Elevator Company will be recovering the interior of the elevator doors with stainless steel to complete the cab remodel. During this time, there will only be one elevator operating. Your patience is appreciated during this time.
