• Entry door codes are for use by the designated
homeowner only. Do not give your code to anyone.
Residents must not allow strangers access to the
building. Please be responsible and support our security.
• Entrance doors are to be kept locked at all times
and not propped open.
• Drivers entering or leaving the parking garage
must allow time for garage door closure before leaving
the immediate area.
• Residents leaving for an extended period of time
should notify the manager.
• Owners are responsible for security during moves
and unit construction. They must instruct movers
and/or contractors that they are responsible for
protecting common areas from dirt and damage and
must use the back entrance.
