Fiber Optic Update

We are fast approaching the final phase of the Fiber Optic upgrades here at the Grandview Condominiums. Here is what to expect during the month of January:

• In early January you will be receiving an e-mail that will let you set up an account with Elauwit Networks. At that time you will be able to select an appointment time to have your services installed. If we do not currently have an e-mail address for you, then an Elauwit representative will call to set up your installation appointment.

• During the second half of January an Elauwit Technician will visit your unit at your selected appointment time. They will be delivering your DirecTV High Definition / DVR box and turning your services on. The technician will work with you to make sure you understand how to use your new services.
